Please read these policies carefully so you know what to expect from your Little Letter Pony Pals subscription.
Subscription Information
Little Letter Pony Pals is a recurring children's mail subscription designed for children aged 5–11. Subscribers can choose from a 1-month, 3-month, or 12-month subscription and select their favourite character: Buddy, Nunuka, or Ronnie.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your customer account.
Ordering and Mail Schedule
Orders placed before the 20th of the month will be included in the next monthly mail-out.
Orders placed after the 20th of the monthwill begin with the following month's mail-out.
All subscriptions are mailed on the first Monday of each month. If this falls on a public holiday, orders will be posted on the next business day.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Subscription Renewals
Your nominated payment method will be charged according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.
Subscriptions will continue until cancelled by the account holder.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription through their online account.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account.
Cancellation requests must be completed before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
If you purchase a recurring monthly subscription and wish to receive only one month's delivery, you must cancel your subscription through your account after your order has been processed.
Changes to Monthly Contents
Every month's mail is different.
Themed stories, activities, keepsakes, stickers, postcards, swap cards, and mystery items may change from month to month.
Images displayed on our website and social media are examples only and may not represent the exact contents of future mail deliveries.
Birthday Bonus (12-Month Subscription Only)
Children enrolled in the 12-month subscription may receive a special birthday-themed letter during their birthday month.
To receive this bonus, a correct birth month must be provided when placing your order.
Shipping Information
We currently offer both Australian and International shipping.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges that may apply in their country.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Mail
Once an item has been posted, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.
Privacy
Personal information collected during checkout, including your child's first name and mailing details, will only be used to provide your subscription service.
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties unless required to process your order.
