Why we created a snail mail for children.

I'm Sharron Leigh — founder of Tandara Pony Rides, a business I've proudly built and nurtured for the past 10 years. What started as a love of horses grew into a passion for creating magical experiences that bring children, animals, and nature together.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of watching hundreds of special moments unfold through our pony experiences. One thing I've noticed is that children are naturally drawn to genuine connection, storytelling, and the simple joy of spending time with animals.

That inspiration led me to create Little Letter Pony Pals.

In a world filled with screens, instant messages, and endless notifications, I wanted to bring back something more personal and meaningful. Receiving a handwritten-style letter in the mail creates a different kind of excitement. It encourages children to slow down, read, imagine, and feel connected.

Letters have always been a powerful way to bring people together. They create anticipation, preserve memories, and remind us that taking the time to connect with someone is one of life's greatest gifts.

My hope is that every letter from our ponies inspires children to dream a little bigger, spend more time outdoors, develop a love of reading, and experience the simple magic of receiving something created especially for them.

Because sometimes the most meaningful connections begin with a letter.
